Late night show on Dubai mulls the future of the emirate, and repeats the now disproved story about cars left at the airport. Author Christopher Davidson claims to be a fan of Dubai but he is a critical supporter at best.

At the 11:12 mark he clearly states that he feels that Dubai would fail. can’t recall how many times in the past I said the stock market would come crashing down only to be followed by a crashing real estate market.
Currenly the market rallieed big time on this news yesterday but I think the party will come to an end soon when reality kicks back in. It will take a lot more then $10 Billion Dollars to get things back on track again. $10 Billion is just a drop in the bucket for Dubai’s current crisis.
