UBS says Greek default to trigger CDS insurance amid credit slump

Paul Donovan, deputy head of global economics at UBS, talks about the prospect of a Greek debt default, the European Central Bank and Bank of England monetary policy with Caroline Hyde on Bloomberg Television’s ‘First Look’.

He said a credit freeze was already happening in Europe and that whatever happens to Greece this remains a serious negative for the largest economic bloc in the world.
